I don't know how active this group is, but hello all! It's become so much harder living with tiny tykes during the quarantine. I've been losing so much sleep that I'm just perpetually tired now. What do you guys do to get some rest?

Awww children really do drive you crazy sometimes. You can't really do anything about their routine so you'll have to do something about yours. My advice is to make a few changes to your routine. You can work on making sure that whatever amount of sleep that you get, is quality sleep. You should first try to adjust your sleeping time in a way that it doesn't go inside with your children's playing time. Then what you can do is get nice ear muffs that block out the noise. Another piece of advice that I would like to give to you is that you can start taking melatonin. Melatonin will help you regulate your sleep cycle. So if you have trouble adjusting to your sleeping routine you can take melatonin about 2 hours before you wish to sleep. I usually get mine from this one website and they will work well for me. I can't travel too because of the quarantine, so I just stay home. I got vaccinated as soon as I could so I could use some dating websites - I get so tired at work, so I really need fun in my life. I date in Albuquerque now using Wickedlist.
